We use flat-rate Royal Mail Tracked services for all deliveries within the United Kingdom. The cost depends on the type of item (card, unframed picture, framed picture) based on weight and packaging.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Custom or framed items may take slightly longer — any delay will be indicated in the product description.
You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.

*Prices are based on Royal Mail online (“Click & Drop” / “Tracked 24”) current rates, subject to change.

Delivery estimate is after dispatch (processing time not included).

Order Tracking

All shipments include full tracking (for both Tracked 24 & Tracked 48). You will receive a tracking number once your item is dispatched.
For framed or heavier items, a photo on delivery is usually provided with Royal Mail’s tracked services.

Delivery Issues

Please double‐check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for mis-deliveries or losses due to incorrect address details.
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, contact us at hello@beautifulhumandesigns.com and we will assist.
For lost or damaged items under tracked service, we will help facilitate a claim with Royal Mail.
